The “Legacy of my Community Project” : Spend time with an elderly in the community, this could be a grandparent or a grand friend, over 70 years of age..
Interview them about their life, how they went to school, cooked meals, what was their favorite activity as a child. Find out what lessons they have for the young generation to learn from their experiences. Summarize your interview in 300 words or less and submit via email to mywishformycommunityaz@gmail.com.
This activity is approved for 4 PVSA hours. First prize winner will receive $50 Amazon gift card and second and third prize winners will receive $25 as prize money.

Wearable sneakers or closed toe shoes with intact laces and soles, as well as reusable backpacks in good condition, can be donated for this shoe drive. Homeless individuals are always grateful for the donations, as this can help prevent injuries and damage to feet. Blankets and bedding in reusable condition are also accepted and much needed at this shelter.
Donation drive will conclude on March 31st and is led by Aryan Chand, Chief Wish Ambassador at My Wish for my Community.
Log your time spent in sorting, cleaning and drop off of donation items. ( up to 4 PVSA hours approved for this drive)
