Today, on February 11th, International Day of Girls in STEM, I reflect on the incredible potential of young girls in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. My wish for our community is simple but powerful: to create a world where every girl feels encouraged, supported, and empowered to pursue her passion for STEM.

Too often, societal barriers and outdated stereotypes hold girls back from exploring these fields. But when we uplift and inspire young minds, we unlock a future filled with innovation and progress.

I hope for more mentorship, opportunities, and representation—where young girls see role models who look like them, where schools and families champion their ambitions, and where workplaces foster inclusivity.

Let’s work together to build an environment where girls in STEM thrive, lead, and change the world. Because when we invest in their dreams, we shape a brighter future for everyone.
